Ruthenium series production technology
1. Reaction injection: The mixing ratio of ruthenium series main agent and curing agent is 100:1, so forced stirring is required with the help of dynamic rotation during mixing. The formula liquid formed by forced mixing is introduced into molds and other materials using a suitable discharge method, and then molded to obtain the product.
2. Pouring: The main component of the ruthenium series material is composed of low viscosity dicyclopentadiene (DCP), which has low sensitivity to water and oxygen. Therefore, a large amount of inorganic fillers or various fibers can be added to form composite materials. Place dry laminated fiber reinforced material into a rigid or flexible mold, seal with special plastic film/bag, and place under vacuum. Once all air is removed from the bag and the dry laminate is completely compressed, resin is introduced and flows through the dry laminate under vacuum pressure.
