RIM-DCPD production technology
The tungsten and molybdenum series materials are mainly formed through RIM high-pressure reaction injection molding, which is a thermosetting material molding process used to directly produce complex plastic components from low viscosity monomers or oligomers. Before entering the mold, the two reaction streams A and B are combined in a 1:1 ratio in a self-cleaning mixing head (2 to 6 MPa) through impact mixing, resulting in very low mold pressure (less than 1 MPa)
